Amy practices estate planning, probate, conservatorships, guardianships and trust administration. Amy is also minors’ counsel in dependency law and in high conflict family law cases as well as accepting court appointment in Conservatorship cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, Amy worked for the Superior Court in Ventura County for over a decade as a Child Custody Recommending Counselor and Probate Court Investigator. She received her Master of Art in Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2003. In 2015, she received her Juris Doctor from the Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law where she returned to teach Community Property as an adjunct professor. She was admitted to the California State Bar shortly after graduating and is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association. Amy grew up in Nebraska, though has called Ventura County home for nearly two decades.
